Community Contribution for Post #4

Thanks for your post! I really enjoy reading it. While I am watching the video, I also found myself would pay attention on my breath, and imitate Kira when she is showing the breathing strategies. I think this video does interact with the audience. I felt I am more involved into the topic and the content through watching it. In addition to your suggestions for the forum discussion, I think it would be interesting to write about how they are feeling in their body, brain while they are doing mindfulness. As a participator, I would love to know how my feeling is differ from others, and explore more on what are the reasons.

Hi Darryl,

Thank you for your post! I learned a lot from it. Group discussion is a great way for learners to interact with each other when taking an online course. Our group also applied the same strategy to increase learners’ participation through out the course. Both synchronous discussion forum and asynchronous online discussion are arranged. As you mentioned, providing feedback is necessary, which also encourage learners to explore deeper into a certain topic.
